As Chairman of the United Professional Association, I am honored to address our dedicated members and supporters and also Donors, Our work is vital in fostering social justice, advocating for the marginalized, and empowering individuals and communities to thrive.
In the face of growing challenges—from economic disparities to mental health crises—our commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and community engagement has been more important than Earlier. Together, we strive to advance the values of compassion, integrity, and inclusivity that define our profession.
Let us celebrate our accomplishments and recognize that each of us plays a crucial role in driving meaningful change. I invite all members to engage actively, share your insights, and collaborate as we work toward a brighter and more equitable future for everyone.

එක්සත් වෘත්තීය සංගමයේ සභාපතිවරයා ලෙස, අපගේ කැපවූ සාමාජිකයින් සහ ආධාරකරුවන් ඇමතීමට ලැබීම මට ගෞරවයක්. සමාජ සාධාරණත්වය පෝෂණය කිරීම, ආන්තිකකරණයට ලක් වූවන් වෙනුවෙන් පෙනී සිටීම සහ පුද්ගලයන් සහ ප්රජාවන් සමෘද්ධිමත් වීමට බලගැන්වීම සඳහා අපගේ කැපවීම අත්යවශ්ය වේ.
ආර්ථික විෂමතාවයේ සිට මානසික සෞඛ්ය අර්බුද දක්වා වර්ධනය වන අභියෝග හමුවේ, සදාචාරාත්මක භාවිතය, අඛණ්ඩ ඉගෙනීම ප්රජා සහභාගීත්වය සහ සංවර්ධනය උදෙසා අපගේ කැපවීම පෙරට වඩා වැදගත් වී ඇත. එක්සත්ව අපගේ වෘත්තිය නිර්වචනය කරන අනුකම්පාව, අඛණ්ඩතාව සහකම්පනය සහ, සමාජ වටිනාකම් රැක ගනිමින් ආර්ථික සංවර්ධනය ඉදිරියට ගෙන යාමට අපි උත්සාහ කරමු.
සමාජ පරිවර්තනයකට සහ අර්ථවත් වෙනසක් ඇති කිරීමේදී අප සෑම කෙනෙකුම තීරණාත්මක කාර්යභාරයක් ඉටු කිරීමට ඇති බව වටහා ගනිමු. සැමට සාධාරණ හා දීප්තිමත් අනාගතයක් නිර්මාණය කර දීම සදහා අප කටයුතු කරන විට ක්රියාශීලිව ,කැපවීමෙන්, සහ සහයෝගයෙන් කටයුතු කරමින් පුර්ණ දායකත්වය ලබා දෙන ලෙස මම සියලුම සාමාජිකයන්ගෙන් ගෞරවයෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටිමි.

Hon, Secretary’s Message
Having understood the current situation of Sri Lankan people, a group of us decided to distribute the necessity knowledge among the needy people. Sri Lanka is in need of modern agricultural technology, sustainable management knowledge, innovative thinking for fruitful results, modern marketing technology ete….
Thus we establish a professional association aiming at upliftment of the quality of life of people through advocacy, training, research, and consultancy services. Expanding our services to regional, provincial and national level, we care and respect people and believe in everything we do.
We ensure the standard of excellence in knowledge of the relevant Fields and training for the participants willingly joint our programme organized by United Professional Association.
